Oversee requests for ad placement; Supervising workflow of sales contracts
Review and provide general inventory availability and performance of each unit.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Site Development teams to optimize ad products and site functionality
Team Building, Staff recruitment and development
Utilize RealMedia OAS and web analytics tools to evaluate ad unit performance in order to improve response rates for advertisers
Job Requirements: •
Knowledge of HTML and working knowledge of the Internet
Self motivated and able to work well under deadlines
Ability to lead while handling multiple tasks/projects in a fast paced environment
Significant experience using all facets of Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Familiarity with online advertising standards and concepts, particularly display advertising
Marketing and/or IT Degree with Relevant experience preferred
A high level of attention to detail
